Jul. 3rd, 2008 10:02 amFuneral at work this morning. Now this does not mean I don't have to do my normal type work, just that I have to make sure things are ready in the sanctuary and such as well.
On phone placing order for our upcoming VBS, funeral director comes in, don't bother to ask if I'm busy or even notice I'm on phone. Justs tells me he needs fellowship hall door unlocked (on other side of church). Told him soon as I was done, he left. Continued placing the order. Was in the process of giving credit card info for billing.... He comes back and yet again does not bother to ask if I'm busy or even notice I'm on phone. "That door needs to be open! I have family wanting to get in!" I hold phone where it is rather visible and tell him "Soon as I am done! I'm still on this call!" He storms out says he'll do it himself.
