Streeler Breeding!

It seems that some misinformed members of other houses believe that we in the Pontalbon House are harming streelers. Please be assured that this is not at all the fact. Rather, we are doing our utmost to ensure the survival of the species by promoting healthy and harmonious breeding zones throughout the country. This photo was taken at one of those zones in Oklahoma just after the birth of approximately 100 streelers.

They have just recently separated from their mothers and their cords still remaining.  Normally those cords fall off naturally within a few days after birth.  Their eyes have not opened yet but should do so within a week or two.

There are more births expected at just the Oklahoma zone alone.

So as you can see, Pontalbon is doing its utmost to keep the streelers safe and alive.

By the time of PR, these streelers will be healthy enough to travel and be adopted into loving Pontalbon homes.

Umm.... what's a Streeler?

The mascot of the Pontalbòn House is, of course, the Streeler. After the school imported one as a pet several years earlier, the art students, fascinated with its ever-changing, vivid colors, began to experiment with its venomous slime. Years of painstaking research passed — not to mention innumerable visits to the medical wing — and the Pontalbòn House created the famous Streeler StainsTM, paints that change color in a variety of circumstances, such as the Seasonal Line, the Mood Line and the Annoy Your Neighbors Line.
