Kentucky Travels

Spent this weekend on the road-- literally.  Left very early Saturday morning for Jackson, KY where we spent Saturday evening enjoying time with the Jackson Christian Church members and Joe preached Sunday morning.  Had a nice surprise when we looked outside our hotel room Sunday morning:

Even Lady Macbeth found the stained glass interesting :)

Found a very interesting home coming through Lexington!



and I never knew Lexington KY was so close to Eastern Europe! 



But it is good to finally be back home after over 1700 miles driving!

Interesting weekend, epscially with the side trip to TRansylvania, lol. Hope it went well and the folks were nice and welcoming. Didn;t know there were castles in Kentucky! Is that where they have the ren fest you mentioned? ;D
